irregular heart beat.
Getting the care he needs? No problem.
For millions of Americans, this medical history would
be a prognosis for calamity. Un-payable medical bills. Canceled
insurance - if you're fortunate enough to already be covered.

But not for this patient. He's Vice President Dick
Cheney. And, like members of Congress and the President, he has a
