Interesting article about the future of online messaging. The freight forwarder that we own has messaging installed so that everyone in the office and offsite can talk to each other without picking up a phone. Very good idea. I'm hoping my own company incorprates that idea someday. There are a lot of situations at work when I'm on the phone with a customer and another one calls needing something that isn't as important. I could just text the person he's talking too and tell them what he needs or ask them to help him that kind of thing....
